We believe, and our customers tell us, that our Admin Area is so easy to use anyone can manage their site.
However, if time is a concern, then our optional managed service may be for you.
Our Admin Area is very easy to use and we include training and support in your monthly fee.
But sometimes its nice to know someone is on hand to make changes for you.
We also have a one-of change service if all you need is the odd amendment.

Create a queue of requests. We'll automatically move on to the next request once the previous one is complete.
We make sure we have everything we need before making any changes to your site. If unsure we'll clarify with you before anything is done.
Once a change is made, you can request unlimited revisions until you are happy with it.

Like any industry, there can be many different skills or levels of expertise required. This service is meant to help you administer your site, but it would not cover the cost for a team of developers to add/change features.
Day 1
Log into the Admin Area and add a new request. Include a brief of what you need changed and submit.
Same or next working Day
We will take a look at your request and ask for any clarification needed. Just to make sure we're on the same page.
Days 2 to 5
We will make the change as soon as we can and advise one done. Turnaround differs depending on the complexity of the request. Feel free to then request as many amends as necessary.
Usually within a working week
Once any revisions are made and you are 100% satisfied with your change we will close your request. Need to amend later? Just re-raise.
Why the monthly fee?
Think of it like a retainer. You pay one low monthly fee and that ensures someone is on hand to help you. You can submit change requests to us and we take care of the rest.

Why the limitations?
This makes our service consistent and fair for all. We limit things to cover the normal hours required for general website changes and administration.
What's the Queue?
It’s not magic. If you put in twenty requests today, it doesn’t mean they’ll all be done tomorrow. Nevertheless, you can put in up to 30 requests, and we will work on the requests in your queue one by one. And if we don’t get it right the first time, then no sweat. Revisions are unlimited.
Is this right for my business?
Firstly it is by no means needed or required. Any changes we make you can also do yourself in our Admin Area. But if you struggle to find the time to keep your site up-to-date or would simply prefer to just email someone who makes changes for you. Then this could be a good fit.
Do you work on weekends?
No, our staff deserve a bit of downtime and a good work / home balance. We like to retreat for some well deserved "R&R" and come prepared for the new week.
Do I need to commit to a contract?
No, you can cancel any time.
Just like your main VB Media subscription, there is no contract or tie-in.
What if I need something done immediately?
Haven't we all been there - where something was needed yesterday? We generally ask for 1 working day to review and then (depending on complexity) 1-3 days to action. However, on the odd occasion that you require a change turned around same day, email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
